When I first started visiting Bucks County over 25 years ago, I dreamed that maybe one day I would be able to live here. After raising three children, I was searching for a place to start in a fresh direction. Bucks County was a place in close proximity to NYC and Philadelphia and it offered the sophistication and diversity that I desired. Over the years, I found myself spending more time in Bucks County and I thoroughly enjoyed the people, natural beauty and the sense of community.
One day, when I was traveling back to NYC and crossing the New Hope Bridge, an American Bald Eagle flew in front of my car. At this moment, I realized that this amazing sight became a metaphor for me. I recognized that for me, this was a symbol of the change and new challenge that change creates, that I had sought. I now call Bucks County my home.
My real estate background spans over 17 years, working in both residential and commercial brokerages - on Long Island and in NYC. Over the years, I have brokered transactions ranging from $100,000 to $7,000,000 and my 25 years in the building trades have helped me professionally and were instrumental in negotiating various transactions.
Because of my background in New York real estate, the construction industry, and my love for everything in Bucks County, I believe I can direct this experience and energy toward helping you find your “forever” house or to market your home with every aspect of my skill set.
